Requests were not followed (wrong number called), which resulted in us not being able to collect our car on the same day, we then had to request at short notice for extra insurance to be taken out on the courtesy car as well.

Would have been better if they had been prepared to deliver the vehicle back to me. I had to drive to collect it. Thankfully BMW had arranged a hire car for me. The lack of interest from Chandler's was concerning.

Im a bit OCD with my car. Over the years ive become cynical and I never like handing my car over to garages because Ive had "issues". After this experience I actually look forward to chandlers having my car and working on it they are so diligent.
Service manager kept me informed on progress regarding my cars service and within time scale agreed.

It is a nice showroom and the car was prepared very well. I do think they could have done a little better on the price.
My recent visit was for an end of warranty check, I like the video I received but as for what was actually checked I don't know. I liked how easy it was to book the service online.

Locking wheelnut adaptor left on wheel. Fortunately it fell off as I turned into my drive so was able to retrieve it when I noticed it the next day. Poor from any garage let alone BMW

Have used this particular dealership for the past 3 years after moving locally I find them very helpful and efficient. Progress on any work being carried out or required is advised in a timely manner. Vehicle always ready on time

My vehicle failed its first MOT late on the day of inspection due to a small bubble on the wall of the tyre (pothole damage). The dealer did not have a real cement tyre in stock, and had not noticed that there were 4 tyres on a replacement wheel set.

Booking in for a service is now via a dreaded call centre. The day after the service was undertaken, a warning light of the dashboard advised that my breakpads were lower. Ten days after the service I get a message saying the AdBlue needed refilling.

Servicing - generally good, although supply of replacement car while own being serviced not good! Sales - have only ever bought 1 car from Chandlers! Have always had better price and service from other dealers such as Sytner.

My wife's car had a brake warning appear. The car was swiftly booked in and brake fluid, pads and discs changed whilst I waited.

After trying to get an fuel valve fault fixed for just over a year with Coopers. I tried BMW Chandlers. I got a call letting me know what it was and that the new part would arrive and fit next day. Picked up a very clean car, running beautifully.

The purchase was completed quickly and on the deadline we had agreed. The handover was very thorough and sales executive Dragos Codreanu set-up the driver's key and my i-phone and said I could contact him anytime with any questions in the future.
Everyone I spoke to at Chandlers Worthing was extremely welcoming and friendly. Chris Dunford was my point of contact on this occasion and was excellent. I spoke with Alex Hoad previously when I purchased a 530i and he was also great.

I have now purchased 3 new BMW vehicles from Chandlers and have been a customer for 10 years and have always been looked after and am very satisfied with them.
I am a big fan of BMW's and I like performance cars, I regularly visit the showroom to look at my possible next car and am welcomed by a very friendly team of representatives. I exchange my cars every 2-3 years with low mileage to secure a good deal.
Great selection of cars were available to view, showroom was exceptionally neat, tidy and looked very professional. My salesman (Warren) listened to my requirements, then set about finding me exactly the vehicle ( model, trim, colour ) we wanted.
